Čingi Lingi čarda is located in Bilje, just a few minutes’ drive from Osijek. A widely known restaurant where tradition, excellent dishes, excellent music and beautiful nature have been combined throughout history. This restaurant, which was created by the renovation of the old and once very popular restaurant, of the same name in this location, has retained the most important thing from its predecessor, which is good energy. With the renovation, the name and location were also retained, and they were refined with new technologies, new offers and the appearance of the space. Today, in this luxuriously decorated space, you can enjoy the specialties of Baranja cuisine with a wonderful atmosphere and a stunning view of the Drava River. We are extremely proud to have had the honor of participating in restoration project of this wonderful place. By designing and implementing a new audio system, we completed the superb experience and atmosphere that the restaurant conveys to its guests.
During the renovation of the restaurant, we received a request from the client for the design and implementation of a new audio system. The client’s main wish was complete coverage of the entire facility with top-quality sound, and we offered a solution based on RCF components. It was necessary to sound the entire interior of the restaurant, as well as the outside and the terrace of the restaurant. Our preliminary project of the sound system was accepted and we soon started with the installation of the system.
In the interior of the restaurant, we installed eight pieces of RCF ART 710-A MK4 active two-way sound boxes. They were implemented for the delivery of background music and for holding concerts. Since the restaurant space is very open, we had no major problems with sound coverage. For concert occasions, we installed two RCF SUB 905-AS II active subwoofer sound boxes on planed area of stage in the restaurant hall, which completed the main internal zone of audio system. The sanitary unit of the restaurant is equipped with four RCF PL 60 built-in ceiling speakers. We installed twelve RCF MQ 80P two-way outdoor speakers for the sound system of the restaurant’s outdoor area and terrace. We connected the sound boxes to the RCF PR 4093 preamplifier with 9 inputs and 3 outputs, the external speaker zone uses the RCF DPS 604X , and the combination of mixer and amplifier RCF AM 1064 is used for the built-in floor speakers. In order to eliminate noise during concert use and connecting loudspeakers, we used Radial Engineering TWIN – ISO, a two-channel line level isolator with gain up to +21dB without distortion. The entire audio system was quickly put into operation, and the client is very satisfied with all the possibilities and ease of use of the system, and especially with the sound quality.
