The client asked us for a solution that would cover the entire terrace with sound, in such a way that all guests can hear background music while dining, and that in the evening this music can be amplified so that guests can enjoy music and drinks. Of course, considering that it is an open space, the speakers must comply with the corresponding IP standard.

As a solution to such a request, 12 pieces of RCF MQ 80P two-way sound boxes with IP 55 degree of protection, which enables installation in open spaces subject to different weather conditions, were offered. Part in white, and part in black color, in order to fit into the environment as well as possible.

For the power amplifier that will drive those 12 sound boxes, we have offered a 4-channel amplifier RCF DPS 604X with possible volume adjust in 4 different zones. For the preamplifier on which the existing player is connected, we offered the PR 4093, with 9 inputs that also allows future system upgrades. The proposed solution was accepted and the system was installed in a short time, with achieved result more than met the set criteria.
