Televic Confidea G4
Confidea G4 is the fourth generation of Televic wireless conference systems, which bring to the market flexible wireless table solutions adapted for all forms of conference events. Confidea G4 actually adapts to your needs, whether we are talking about basic or large meetings. This wireless solution is available with several microphone options that are very easy to install on the base (push and lock) and bring guaranteed sound quality. Connect on-site participants with remote participants via any cloud-based meeting platform (like Teams or Zoom) with camera tracking connectivity options.
Wirelessly worry-free
The solutions are completely wireless, the desk units connect to the Wireless Access Point, and advanced connection techniques guarantee outstanding stability and reliability of signal reception with WPA2 encryption, which ensures that your meetings are safe and private. Setting up and managing conference meetings is very easy. It is done through the Confero web-based platform directly from your own web browser. The Confero platform allows easy room setup and meeting control. In addition, there are options for advanced planning, camera configurations, hybrid meeting management, and Confero can be a modular but also a comprehensive solution for managing your meetings.

Confidea FLEX G4
The FLEX G4 unit combines simple setup and configuration with advanced features and ease of use. It allows activation and deactivation of voting, identification, language channels and more, all via a touch-sensitive touchscreen that offers all relevant details like meeting agenda, speaker identity, current queue order, polls and more. Since the screen uses tactile feedback, when you vote, the system will vibrate slightly.
Confidea GO G4
The GO G4 unit provides basic discussions and connectivity to any remote platform. Easy to use and scalable, it is ideal for situations where advanced features are not required, so it does not have a screen, but only basic features are retained.
Heart of the conference system – Confidea WAP G4
Confidea WAP G4 wireless access point is the heart of the Confidea G4 conference system. With a range of tools to define optimal channel usage, it ensures reliable and secure communication with wireless conference units.
By adding a license to the built-in web-based software, additional tools for managing and moderating meetings can be unlocked, such as voting, participant identification (possible also via ID card), and reporting capabilities. The WAP can be powered via standard PoE+ or via a Confidea PS G4 adapter with two RJ45 connectors. Analog or digital (Dante) interfaces are available for connection to third-party audio systems (eg room audio systems), and there are options to record the conference to internal or external storage.
Smart battery management and transport
Confidea FLEX and GO G4 come with one compact lithium rechargeable battery Confidea BP G4 that will keep the unit active for up to 12 hours.
The battery comes with smart LAN charging monitoring and a control is enabled that monitors the charging process and prevents overloading, charging the battery lasts 2 hours. Since each wireless unit has two battery compartments, it is possible to replace the battery or 'hot swap' by adding a spare battery without the need to restart the system.
The batteries are charged via the Confidea CHT G4 charging tray which is a compact mounting device with the ability to charge up to 10 batteries simultaneously with the possibility of smart monitoring and a LAN connection for viewing the battery status. Confidea Flex TC compact transport case for storing and transferring up to 16 wireless units and other equipment is also available for the Confidea G4 conference system, which is ideal for rental and meetings on the move.
