Mozaik Grupa is professionally engaged in the organization of larger and smaller social and economic events, from seminars, various workshops and trainings to business congresses, conferences and fairs. Through many years of experience, they have significantly enriched the offer of event halls in Zagreb with their business. Events are organized in the modern and multifunctional Mozaik Event Center, which is equipped with the latest technologies and is located in an attractive location near the city center. They are organizing various events and larger conferences, such as Microsoft WinDays. The center consists of four modern halls, each of which has different features.
In order to offer its clients the most up-to-date technologies and a modern space, Mozaik Grupa continuously renovates the existing and equips new halls. Thus, we also participated in the renovation of one of the halls. We received an inquiry from the client about equipping the Zrak hall with multimedia equipment. With its 87 m2, the Zrak Hall is designed as an ideal room for various educations, presentations, seminars and trainings. The client’s wish was to equip the space with technically superior equipment, from a camera that follows the speaker and an interactive screen to professional sound systems. Our solution for the sound system was the RCF TT 051-A II surface-mounted active sound boxes. The TT 051-A II is an ultra-compact, active loudspeaker designed for high-quality indoor sound reinforcement. It is equipped with a built-in 300 W class D two-channel amplifier. Thanks to RDNet networked control, powerful DSP and proprietary FiRPHASE processing, the TT 051-A II has a linear phase response of 0° for TT+ class sound quality and very good room coverage. In addition to the sound boxes, we supplied the RCF M18 digital audio mixer with 18 channels, which has a built-in WiFi access point with an external and internal antenna, which allows full wireless control with up to 5 tablets. It contains a total of 18 analog inputs, 8 microphone preamps, up to 19 simultaneous studio effects and a complete package of plug-in algorithms and professional effects, including high-quality stereo reverb and classic guitar and bass amp emulations. Input EQs (Standard, Vintage and Smooth) allow for a wide range of sounds and flexible sound shaping. For the wireless microphone solution, we supplied two AUDIX HT 5 headset microphones, an AUDIX AP42BPA dual wireless microphone receiver with 2 body pack transmitters and an AUDIX AP42 OM5 dual wireless microphone receiver with 2 handheld microphones. The client asked us for a solution for an interactive screen that will be mobile and easy to move and switch on around the hall. We delivered AllSee PT86G 86” interactive touch screen, which we mounted on a mobile stand on wheels. For easier connection, we supplied the Aten VE809 HDMI Wireless Extender, which displays a screen of up to 30 m2 from an HDMI source using wireless technology, the Aten VC880 HDMI Repeater Plus Audio De-Embedder, which serves to extract and convert the audio signal from the HDMI input, and the Aten UCE3250 4-Port USB 2.0 CAT 5 Extender. For speaker monitoring, we supplied a PTZ camera that integrates automatic tracking, detects multiple presenters, and features a superior dual-lens tracking design. The equipment was soon installed in the hall, and the client was very satisfied with our solution.
